BUILDING ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
Visualization developed during the course of Density Design at Politecnico di Milano for "Piemonte Visual Contest"

This is a visual representation of the Building Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in Piedmont, which are classified in a scale from A (the most efficient) to NC (the least efficient).
In the graph below is visualized the number of EPC in each province, divided by energy efficiency classes. Turin is the city where there is the highest number of certification. Only 1%, has a certification in A-class.
In the alluvial diagram the energy efficiency classes are related to the year of the construction of the building.
In particular, it shows the energy classes change during the years.
Finally, is visualized the comparison the dataset shows the number of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) grouped by class and year of construction of the building, related to the total volume certified.
